Terms of Service

Cirik provides a white-label business growth platform for independent consultants and their clients. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. One account per person; you may not share accounts.

You may use Cirik for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, impersonate others, circumvent security controls, or harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy). AI-generated content (briefs, insights, drafts) is yours to use and modify.

Plans are billed monthly. The 14-day trial requires no credit card. After the trial, a paid plan is required for continued access. You can cancel at any time from Settings; no partial-month refunds are issued, but you retain access through the end of the billing period. Plan changes take effect immediately.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by email and typically answered within one business day during the early-access period.

Cirik is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any month is capped at the fees you paid that month.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
